Work Description:

The Mitigation Cleaning and Packing Technician is responsible for restoring and cleaning properties affected by water, fire, mold, and hazardous materials. Key duties include cleaning and deodorizing contents, packing and moving items, assisting with demolition, and ensuring structures are cleaned and restored. Technicians will document damage and inventory, operate specialized equipment, and follow safety protocols. This position requires strong attention to detail and a focus on safety while helping clients recover from property damage.

Description de poste:

Le/la technicien(ne) en nettoyage et emballage en après sinistre est responsable de la restauration et du nettoyage des propriétés touchées par l’eau, le feu, la moisissure et les matériaux dangereux. Les tâches principales incluent le nettoyage et la désodorisation des biens, l’emballage et le déplacement d’articles, l’assistance à la démolition, ainsi que le nettoyage et la remise en état des structures. Le/la technicien(ne) devra documenter les dommages et les inventaires, utiliser de l’équipement spécialisé, et respecter les protocoles de sécurité. Ce poste exige une grande attention aux détails et un fort souci de la sécurité tout en aidant les clients à se remettre des dommages à leurs propriétés.


Responsabilités principales:

  • Nettoyage après feu, dégâts d’eau, moisissure et matières dangereuses
  • Emballage, nettoyage et restauration de contenu

Exigences: 

  • Permis de conduire valide
