Job Title: Picker/Packer
Location: Seelyville, Indiana
Pay Range: $14/hr  to $15/hour depending on shift 
Shift: 
  • 1st shift hours- 6a-2:30p          $14.00/hour 
  • 2nd shift hours - 2p-10:30p      $14.75/hour
  • 3rd shift hours – 10p-6:30a       $15.00/hour

Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the packaging line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization’s commitment to quality and efficiency.
What’s the Job?
  • Place inspected cookies into the correct tray or container on the designated line
  • Count, inspect, and straighten as necessary and pack the correct number of finished products into approved trays or conveyor slots
  • Rotate positions with other packing staff as directed
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist with sanitation tasks
  • Follow GMPs and HACCP program guidelines
