Job description

Job Title: Extrusion Operator Location: Wall, New Jersey Type: Contract Compensation: $19-$23 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production machinery such as Thermoplastic Extruders and line supporting equipment, Molding Machines, Monofilament Braiders, Centerless Grinders, and RF Tipping platforms
  • Document activities accurately and completely
  • Follow sequences of operations in performing techniques such as cutting, bonding, inspection, and packing
  • Work with inks, isopropyl alcohol, and other manufacturing-related liquids
  • Comply with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in this role is a must
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Computer skills required: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office
  • Previous clean room experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Frequently required to stand
  • Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels
  • Occasionally lift and/or move more than 35 lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED, or related experience/training
  • Basic math skills and good communication in English
