A Packing Associate typically does not earn $10,000 a month without additional factors such as overtime, bonuses, or working in high-demand industries. To thrive as a Packing Associate, you need attention to detail, manual dexterity, basic math skills, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Open communication with supervisors about workflow or equipment concerns also helps maintain efficiency and reduce stress.
