About the Role - Production General Labor (1st Shift)
Production General Labor - 1st Shift
Location: On-site - Williamsburg / Traverse City, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Truly Free is hiring a Production General Labor team member to support our growing production operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants stable hours, strong pay, and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Pick products from production areas and box customer orders for shipping.
- Verify labels, quantities, and packing lists for accuracy.
- Assist with basic labeling, assembly, and production line tasks.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized while following all safety rules.
Operate a variety of machines to assist with production.
Pay & Incentives
- Starting at $20.00 per hour.
- Food Share premium: +$0.75 per hour through our Food Share program (helps offset everyday food costs).
- Production bonus: eligible for our production bonus program, which has historically averaged an additional $1.30 per hour based on team performance.
