CDL-A Local Delivery Driver

Home Every Day | 4-Day Workweek | $32/Hour + Bonuses

Wolverine Packing Company is looking for experienced CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join our team serving Michigan (lower peninsula), Ohio, and the Greater Pittsburgh area. What We Offer
  • $32.00 per hour starting pay

  • 4-day workweek with 3 days off
  • Scheduled work days will be Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
  • 40 hours guaranteed every week
  • Overtime opportunities available on additional days as needed
  • 401(k) Program featuring a $100 weekly company contribution, plus additional employer contributions after one year of employment
Track 2 Schedule
  • Four scheduled workdays each week, Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
  • Three days off each week, including Sunday
What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a day-cab tractor with a 48-foot refrigerated trailer or a refrigerated 28ft box truck in compliance with all DOT, state, and federal regulations
  • Deliver products to customers throughout Michigan and Ohio
  • Unload product and place cases into customer coolers or designated storage areas
  • Verify orders and ensure accurate deliveries
  • Complete additional pickups or equipment moves after assigned routes, as needed
  • Conduct yourself professionally while representing Wolverine Packing Company
  • Arrive on time, prepared, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
  • Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission
  • Clean and safe driving history:
    • No major moving violations within the past 3 years
    • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the past 3 years
    • No DUI or drug/alcohol-related driving convictions within the past 5 years
    • No previous termination for safety violations or preventable accident involvement
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to safely assess vehicle loading and secure loads
  • Able to repeatedly lift up to 90 pounds
  • Dependable, efficient, safety-focused, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude with strong work ethic and professionalism
