Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule Available: 6a-4p Monday - Thursday with occasional Fridays and Saturdays for seasonal increases. (Some seasonal changes will update the schedule to 6a-2p Monday-Friday).

As a Packer you will be responsible to:

  • Keep up with rate and pack product into boxes
  • Visually inspect the product for any defects
  • Carefully monitor the consistency and weight of the butter to make sure it is within range
  • Properly assemble boxes and place appropriate bags
  • Properly enter information to create labels and print them
  • Hourly metal detector checks
  • Gather butter samples for QA testing
  • Work at a fast pace and multi-task
  • Properly create skid pattern and stack boxes based on product specification
  • Properly use a tape-gun to close boxes or properly use a tape machine
  • Visualize and verify the correct date, lot code, and label is reflecting on the product being run
  • Ability to enter downtime or any line/product issues into RedZone using a tablet
  • Transport finished product to the freezer and wrap finished skids
  • Maintain a clean area throughout the shift and after the run is complete help the team clean up the area
  • You may be asked to float to other product lines as needed based on production needs
  • Additional tasks as requested
