Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for Packer Associate in Oak Harbor, OH. As a Packer Associate for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a fast-paced factory environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
  • Machine operation
  • Quality Checks
Great opportunity for entry level candidate looking to get in the manufacturing field. Oak Harbor company is looking for a loader/packer to join their team. The facility is climate-controlled.
Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($15.25/hr) with advancement opportunities as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Responsibilities of the Packer:
  • To hand load blank plastic bottles onto conveyor.
  • Receives packing order and determines that correct packing materials are available at packing station. Notifies material handler if additional materials are needed for the packing run.
  • Visually inspects product for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department.
  • Packs items in designated cartons per customer order.
  • Reports discrepancies to supervisor
Required Qualifications of the Packer:
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
