Warehouse Associate

Job Summary & Scope

Responsible for various tasks, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and general warehouse maintenance. Help maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely order fulfillment, and support the overall success of our warehouse operations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accurate product quantities and quality.
  • Maintain organized inventory shelves, bins, and storage areas for easy access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with team members to pick products based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pack items securely and properly, following established packing procedures.
  • Perform visual inspections of products during order picking and packing to verify quality and conformity to standards.
  • Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Accurately record picked items and quantities, update inventory records, and prepare packing slips and shipping labels.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment by sweeping, stacking pallets, and disposing of packaging materials.
  • Assist with general housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and orderly workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse associates and other team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols while performing warehouse tasks, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
