Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production/Packing Operator to join our team at BRIX. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient production and packaging of our bread products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Duties:

Operate machinery to mix, proof, bake, and finish bread products according to established recipes and company standards.

Monitor the production line to ensure consistent product quality and identify any deviations or potential issues.

Assist in preparing raw materials (flour, yeast, water, etc.) and ensure correct measurements and quality standards are met.

Ensure the safe operation of all equipment, following proper procedures for machine setup, operation, and maintenance.

Perform quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure product specifications are met.

Packing Duties:

Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.

Communicate effectively with the quality control team to address any product inconsistencies or quality issues.

Assist in the training of new employees as needed.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred, especially in baking or packaging.
