We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations team in our Toronto Office. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supporting the Operations team by overseeing the planning, coordination and executions of HVAC projects from initiation through completion.  


What You'll Be Doing 

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met. 
  • Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility throughout the project life cycle. 
  • Prepare, submit, and track submittal packages in accordance with project specifications and timelines. 
  • Coordinate order entry and processing, including tracking purchase orders, sales totals, and shipment schedules. 
  • Arrange and monitor deliveries in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact with contractors to support project delivery, verify equipment details, confirm bill of sale, and communicate delivery requirements. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and Regional Sales Manager to coordinate project efforts and maintain clear, consistent communication. 
  • Utilize ERP software to maintain accurate project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoices. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline project coordination and documentation processes 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. 


What You Bring 

  • Post secondary education (degree or diploma) in Project Management, Business, or related fields.
  • A minimum of three to four (3-4) years’ experience in project management
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP is considered an asset. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment. 
  • Comfortability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple and strict deadlines.
