What is a UX project manager?

UX Project Managers are professionals who oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of user experience (UX) projects. They coordinate between designers, developers, stakeholders, and users to ensure that digital products meet user needs and business goals. Their responsibilities often include project scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and communication across teams. By combining project management skills with an understanding of UX principles, they help create effective and user-friendly products on time and within budget.

How does a UX project manager typically collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders during a project lifecycle?

A UX Project Manager acts as a bridge between designers, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring that user experience goals align with business objectives and technical constraints. They facilitate regular meetings, manage communication channels, and track progress using project management tools.
