Job description

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $20.63 an hour
Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will operate and maintain packaging equipment to support efficient production processes while ensuring quality and food safety standards are met. You will tend machines, make adjustments, clear jams, restock materials, and support assembly and packaging operations to meet production goals.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment to maintain production flow
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, clear jams, and make necessary adjustments
  • Restock materials and supplies to support continuous operations
  • Assemble products, pack finished goods, and stack materials onto pallets
  • Monitor palletizer operations to ensure proper functionality
  • Complete and maintain production and quality documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting food safety and production standards
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months of manufacturing or production experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple packaging lines and equipment
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision
