Job description

MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and our local client are currently hiring Machine Operators for a 2nd Shift opportunity in Indianapolis, IN.

Schedule
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Pay
  • $20.33 per hour

Position Summary
As a Machine Operator, you'll work with advanced plastic production equipment used to manufacture personalized credit and debit cards. This role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production machines while ensuring products meet strict quality standards. You'll also have opportunities to cross-train in other production areas as business needs change.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Set up and monitor machines throughout production runs
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Enter production data accurately using computer systems
  • Stage completed materials for warehouse pickup
  • Assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications
