Salary:

Leading Manufacturer in Milford, CT seeking Multiple Packaging and Assembly Operators!


2nd & 3rd shift available: 11:30pm-7:30am, or 3:30pm-11:30pm, Monday-Fridaymust be able to work OT as needed, train on 1st shift


Pay:Starting at $25.74/hr+ opportunity for advancement!


Packaging and Assembly Operator Responsibilities:

  • Loading raw materials into automated packaging machines and performing quality inspections
  • Troubleshooting machines as necessary to resolve quality and operating deficiencies
  • Perform quality inspections on in-process and finished product per written instructions
  • Implement continuous improvement modifications as required
  • Overtime and weekend work, as needed, and be shift-flexible


Packaging and Assembly Operator Qualifications:

  • 2 years prior experience in the manufacturing field or machine operating
  • Ability to read, write, and document
  • Prior experience working with assembly/ assembly machine's preferred
