Job description

We are hiring a Monday-Friday 2nd Shift (2-10PM) Packaging Associate. Come work at a place to build your future and be an integral part of a fast-paced, safety-oriented, and growing industry!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Palletize and stretch wrap finished materials from machine centers.

  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished product per customer specifications.

  • Complete finished goods put-away in designated storage locations.

  • Maintain adequate supply levels at machines to prevent downtime.

  • Work closely with Shipping personnel to prioritize daily workload.

  • Operate fork, clamp, and prong trucks safely and efficiently.

  • Comply with all safety, food safety, and quality policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Competencies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Fork/Clamp truck experience preferred 

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting

  • Walking or standing on concrete floors for the majority of the shift

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
