What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Upkeep system: Track work orders, schedule repairs, and manage parts like a pro.
  • Keep our equipment alive and kicking: From forklifts to conveyors, you’ll be the go-to expert for inspections, repairs, and installations.
  • Champion facility upkeep: Ensure our plant stays clean, organized, and production-ready.
  • Lead with safety: Follow OSHA standards and company protocols to keep everyone safe.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work with leadership on LEAN improvements and special projects.
  • Operate forklifts: Safely and efficiently (we’ll train and certify you!).

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mechanical skills—forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, and more.
  • Welding and metal fabrication expertise.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.
