We're actively seeking a talented Sr Case Design Analyst to join our Regional Life Office (RLO) Case Designer team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha NE.
Based on your skills, experience, and geographic location, we will determine the position level and compensation that best align with your qualifications. This role is hybrid and will be required to be in office one day per week.
As a Sr Case Design Life Insurance Illustrations Analyst, you will consult with producers on the types and uses of various life insurance products. You will gather information, analyze needs, and design complex cases using advanced concepts.
How you will make an impact:
  • Design cases using advanced concepts (e.g. split dollar, premium financing, deferred compensation, etc.).
  • Promote Pacific Life business to producers.
  • Generate and customize advanced concept product illustrations for new business using specialized illustration software.
  • Answer questions regarding sales illustrations and illustration software use.
  • Provide back up illustration support as needed for RLO case designers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, develop sales ideas, and recommend marketing strategies to increase business opportunities.
  • Provide and coordinate in-force illustration requests from Producers
  • Provide specialized reports as needed.

The experience you will bring:
  • FINRA SIE and Series 6 licenses required (or within 90 days of start date)
  • 7 years of case design experience
  • Experienced in conversing with Financial Advisors
  • Creativity in producing the appropriate case design for the individual situation presented.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$80,820.00 - $98,780.00
