This is an opportunity to work alongside industrial designers, engineers, strategists, and technologists while gaining hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle. • Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex challenges, contribute to client work, and support internal innovation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
  • You're currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design or a related field, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates thoughtful design process, concept exploration, visual storytelling, aesthetic judgment, and well-crafted outcomes.
  • You have proficiency in 2D design (sketching, visualization, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D modeling and rendering (SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred), along with hands-on prototyping and model-making experience.
  • You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in emerging technologies and Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Vizcom, or Microsoft Copilot.

Applications must include a portfolio showcasing your strongest work and demonstrating:
  • Creative problem-solving and systems thinking.
  • A clear and well-documented design process.
  • Concept generation, development, and refinement.
  • Physical prototyping and model-making capabilities.
  • Strong visual communication and storytelling.
  • A distinctive point of view and approach to design.
