To thrive as a PSS Security (Personal Security Specialist), you need a solid background in protective services, situational awareness, and risk assessment, often supported by military, law enforcement experience, or specialized training. Familiarity with security technology such as surveillance systems, access control tools, and proficiency in defensive tactics is typically required, along with certifications like CPR/First Aid or more advanced security credentials.
