Job description

Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Security Specialist Assistant
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Pulls reports from ITS system and prepare reports for AXP 600 leadership
  • Compiles and prepares draft business reports
  • Compiles and prepares monthly workload reports from OPM reports and ITS
  • Assists/prepares agendas/meetings for Division Manager
  • Develops and assists with preparation of various data/reports as directed by Division Manager
  • Budget Tracking
  • Tracks clearance suspensions and reinstatements
  • Assists in various correspondence (both written and telephonic)
  • Assists in development and updates of processes
  • Monitor CNSI queue and send out training due reminders
  • Assists with initiation of contractor re-investigations
  • Assists with initiation of employee re-investigations (if requested to do so)
  • Tracks ITS reports for reinvestigations due by utilizing reports
  • Send initial invite to moderate risk contractors due for reinvestigations
  • Run ITS reports on position sensitivity levels and check for appropriate clearance level; work with PSS to determine corrections that are needed
  • Add and monitor cases in AXI spreadsheets for 610/620.
  • Run reports on contract # and send list of contractors listed as current to contract company POC to get an updated list of current contractors for that specific contract
  • Run a contractor report by contract numbers, go thru each individual to make sure the contract is still valid and even go to HSPD12 to make sure they have a current badge
  • Compile numbers from OPM monthly/weekly reports to enter into performance and workload spreadsheets.
  • Monitor shared mailbox and disperse actions and information as applicable (i.e., reinvestigation questions)
  • Upload clear drug test results to ITS
  • Other additional duties in support of PSS's, FLMs as directed by Division Manager
  • Trained in ID Media for potential back-up

The successful candidate will have:
  • 5 Years of relevant experience
  • Education: AA/ AS
  • Microsoft Suite proficient (word, excel etc.)
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (minimum excel 2 or 3 level)
  • Proficient communicator
  • Proficient in email, written, and verbal communications.
  • Organized in administrative duties.
  • Proficient in learning and using variety of IT systems.
  • Proficient in extracting data from systems
  • Customer Service oriented

Salary: $35.24 Hourly. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
