Job description

Currently seeking an Property Manager for a total of 3 properties totaling 120 units. We are in the beautiful City of Santa Monica, which is internationally known for its beaches and Santa Monica Pier. Walking distance to the beach, fine dining, and shopping areas.

Compensation

  • $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

  • A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
  • Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
  • On-call status and one weekend day is required
  • Perform daily comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
  • Run rent roll reports, mitigate delinquencies, and post tenant communications.
  • Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
  • A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
