You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

THE WORK:
  • You'll establish end‑to‑end conceptual and summary schedules aligned to specifications, WBS standards, templates, and industry best practices, ensuring all project scopes are captured from inception through closeout.
  • You'll coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and facilitate interactive planning sessions to drive schedule alignment, improve templates, and support early milestone development using IMS/MMS/PBS/PSE concepts.
  • You'll ensure General Contractors develop fully integrated baseline schedules by reviewing Basis of Schedule documents, resolving variances, and confirming compliance with contractual CPM specifications.
  • You'll identify and manage critical and near‑critical paths, peak resource periods, and scope integration within the IMS, ensuring full business alignment across funding, interfaces, and long‑lead elements.
  • You'll own schedule quality by auditing Primavera P6 schedules (including DCMA 14‑point checks), monitoring GC compliance, and continuously improving schedule effectiveness as a project control tool.
  • You'll lead schedule reporting and execution support by running regular performance reviews, validating progress, analyzing deviations, and communicating status through defined reporting systems and formats.
  • You'll track activity progress, out‑of‑sequence work, and procurement of owner, developer, and contractor‑furnished equipment, assessing impacts to procurement plans and site need‑by dates.
  • You'll prepare independent schedule analyses and forecasts, including completion dates, cost and cashflow implications, risks, and earned value metrics to support informed decision‑making.
  • You'll identify schedule issues, perform time‑impact and recovery analyses, propose mitigation plans, and review schedule changes in coordination with project and regional leadership.
  • You'll produce and maintain accurate project and program deliverables such as narratives, health reports, milestone and procurement reports, executive summaries, and ensure data integrity and stakeholder alignment across all scheduling systems.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS), strong CPM analysis, reporting, earned value, and schedule quality review experience.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience working on hyperscale data center programs
  • Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and earned value management principles
  • Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools
  • Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
  • Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments
  • PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
