Job description


We are hiring licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing agency in Salisbury, MD.
This is a full-time, in-office sales position offering:
  •  Competitive base salary 
  •  Uncapped commission plus performance bonuses

  •  Group benefits and health insurance 
Total compensation: $46,000 – $100,000+ per year
An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required to be considered.
Who This Role Is For
We are looking for high-energy, results-driven sales professionals who:
  •  Are confident closing and asking for the sale 
  •  Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment 
  •  Are comfortable handling both inbound leads and outbound prospecting 
  •  Want to follow a proven system and maximize their income 
If you are not comfortable with outbound calls, sales goals, and performance expectations, this is not the right role.
What You’ll Do
  •  Close inbound insurance leads (home, auto, bundled policies) 
  •  Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and re-quotes 
  •  Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close 
  •  Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that increase protection and premium 
  •  Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize revenue per client 
  •  Follow up consistently to improve close rates and pipeline conversion 
  •  Maintain high daily activity (calls, quotes, and follow-ups) 
  •  Hit and exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets 
Qualifications
  •  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required) 
  •  1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred 
  •  Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills 
  •  Comfortable making outbound calls and working leads daily 
  •  Strong communication and computer skills (CRM, quoting systems, Microsoft Office) 
  •  Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline effectively 
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
