Job description

We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Sales Producer to join our team. This role focuses on selling personal insurance products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies to new and prospective clients. Company-provided leads and hands-on training are included, making this a great opportunity for both experienced producers and those new to the industry.



We are a third-generation, family-owned nsurance agency serving tall of Washington State. We're proud to rank in the top 10% of Farmers Insurance agencies nationwide, known for our friendly, family-oriented culture where employees are valued as individuals. Our office is open Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm. We have a satelight office located in Bainbridge Island and take meetings in Bainbridge Island by appointment only.

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new personal lines policies (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.) using company-provided leads

Meet a monthly production goal of $40,000 in written premium

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate personal insurance coverage

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals

Maintain compliance with licensing and company standards


Requirements

P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license required

Candidates without a current license must obtain one within 2 weeks of accepting the position

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Ability to work in a fast paced envorement and produce quotes in a timely manner
