Responsibilities

Build and nurture lasting relationships with individuals and businesses throughout the Yakima valley.

Identify gaps in coverage and propose thoughtful, custom insurance solutions that provide actual peace of mind.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to finalizing policy applications.

Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure every client has the protection they need as their life or business changes.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to navigate complex risks and secure the best outcomes for our clients.

Maintain an accurate record of client interactions within our internal database to ensure seamless service.


Requirements

Current Washington State Property and Casualty insurance license. Will consider applicants without a license and insurance experience for the right candidate.

Solid track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role.

Deep understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage options.

Clear and articulate communication style, both on the phone and in person.

Strong organizational habits to manage a diverse client portfolio effectively.

Prior experience with agency management systems.

Familiarity with the Yakima, Washington community and local market dynamics.
