What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you'll focus on growing the agency by developing new client relationships while delivering exceptional service to existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, policy features, and available discounts.
  • Cross-sell and round out household accounts to better protect customers and increase retention.
