Job description

About the Role:
As a Director-level Account Executive for P&G, you will lead the strategic evolution of one of Tubi's most critical key accounts. In this high-stakes leadership role, you will work to pivot our relationship from a traditional reach-based media buy to a data-backed, outcomes-driven partnership. You will own the end-to-end divisional strategy, driving revenue acceleration by establishing the organizational KPIs and value-add deal structures necessary to secure Tubi's position as an integral strategic partner.
This is a hybrid role.
What You'll Do:
  • Outcomes-Based Selling & Revenue Acceleration: Lead the shift from impressions to results by driving brand-led outcomes. Leverage Tubi's advanced measurement stack to prove ROI and take full accountability for divisional revenue growth and KPI attainment.
  • Category Narrative & Executive Advisorship: Own the category narrative for P&G, bringing Tubi-specific vertical POVs and marketplace insights directly to senior stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to shape multi-line business pursuit and deepen coverage across the account.
  • Strategic Cadence & Multi-Year Planning: Establish rhythm for formal QBRs and a rigorous forecasting cadence to co-create partnership roadmaps. Secure multi-year direct brand commitments that reward long-term investment with premium access.
  • Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate closely with Measurement, Product, and Engineering teams to build category-specific analytics and metrics; Transform measurement signals into strategic platform capabilities that validate Tubi's value.

Your Background:
  • Proven track record of success in high-stakes, outcomes-based sales environments, with a focus on business results over reach/frequency.
  • Expertise in executive-level relationship management within complex, matrixed organizations like P&G.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex measurement data and attribution frameworks into actionable client strategies and revenue-driving narratives.
  • Expert negotiator capable of closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Deep industry knowledge and the ability to translate market trends into competitive, actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on building team culture and cross-functional engagement.
