Is selling P and C insurance a good career?

Selling P and C insurance can be a stable career with opportunities for commission-based income and client relationship building. Success often depends on sales skills, industry knowledge, and obtaining relevant licenses, with some roles offering flexible schedules and career advancement options.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a property and casualty (P&C) insurance professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance professional, you need a solid understanding of insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting, usually backed by relevant licenses such as a P&C insurance license.
