Position Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years of Class A driving experience.
  • Experience hauling oversized or heavy loads (up to 16 ft high, 200,000 lbs, 125 ft long) strongly preferred.
  • Double/triple endorsements a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety requirements, and oversized-load permitting.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient using GPS systems and routing software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to variable road or weather conditions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands and manage time effectively.
  • Skilled in maneuvering, parking, and operating tractor-trailers and heavy-haul vehicles.
  • Forklift experience a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent safety focus and situational awareness
  • Professional customer-facing communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive work habits
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving ability under changing conditions
