We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our transportation team. What You'll Do

Dispatch & Logistics

Coordinate daily dispatch of drivers and equipment using Salesforce and Rose Rocket

Assist with route planning for oversized loads, including low bridge, restricted road, and permit routing

Monitor driver progress and provide real-time support throughout each transport

Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with manufacturers, marinas, dealerships, and private customers

Communicate schedule updates to customers and internal departments


Safety & Compliance

Coordinate oversized load permits and escort vehicle scheduling

Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) requirements

Track driver qualifications, CDL renewals, medical cards, equipment inspections, permits, and insurance documentation

Support our company-wide commitment to safe operations and regulatory compliance


Driver Support & Onboarding

Coordinate new driver onboarding and orientation

Conduct initial applicant phone screenings

Assist with hiring documentation and administrative processing

Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers throughout their employment


Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate transportation records and electronic work orders

Generate operational and performance reports for leadership

Assist with invoices, documentation, scheduling, and daily office operations

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
