Head of Overseas Marketing,

North America

Job Description

1. Market Strategy and Planning

(1) Formulate annual market strategies and business development plans based

on the demand trends of data center server power supplies in the overseas

(North American) market;

(2) Analyze the overseas OEM/ODM, CSP (Hyperscale), ISP, server OEM and

channel ecosystem, and plan key breakthrough regions and clients;

(3) Participate in the product definition of the company's server power supply

product line.

2. Client Development and Business Management

(1) Lead the development of key overseas high-value clients, establish longterm

cooperative relationships, and be responsible for the construction and

management of overseas channels.

3. Project Promotion and Cross-team Collaboration

(1) Cooperate with R&D, product, quality, supply chain and factory teams to

ensure the on-schedule progress of overseas client projects;

(2) Lead overseas client technical exchanges, solution presentations, Roadmap

discussions and commercial clause negotiations;

(3) Manage and optimize the quotation system, contract terms and delivery

mechanism.

4. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

(1) Establish a competitive intelligence system for the overseas data center

power supply market;

(2) Monitor industry technological trends: server architecture changes (GPU/AI

Server), high-power PSU, tantalization and digital power supplies, GaN/SiC

and other new technologies;

(3) Regularly issue market analysis reports to provide a basis for the company's

decision-making.
