Overseas Marketing Specialist North America EV-Tech (Zhejiang EV-Tech Co., Ltd.) | US Bay Area | Direct Hire

Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 base + Commission

About The Role

Zhejiang EV-Tech is expanding into the North American data center server power supply market and needs its first boots on the ground in the US Bay Area. This is a ground-floor, high-ownership role with no existing client base, no existing team. You will build it.

The company's server power supply product line (HVDC, ORV3, CRPS) is actively in development, with HVDC prototype production expected June-October 2026. Target clients include NVIDIA, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, and Apple.

What You Will Do

  • Own sales business development for the North American market; achieve individual and team sales targets per market plan
  • Proactively identify and develop potential clients; establish and maintain long-term relationships with data center operators and Bay Area tech enterprises
  • Conduct in-depth research on market demand and competitive landscape; provide input for product optimization and expansion
  • Coordinate internal resources and work with the delivery center to ensure smooth execution and delivery of overseas orders
  • Collect and analyze market information and customer feedback; provide strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and product promotion events to capture new business opportunities
  • Operate international trade platforms (Alibaba International, Google, LinkedIn, SEO) and paid social to generate leads and close transactions

Compensation & Details

Base Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 Commission: Yes (ratio to be discussed) Location: US Bay Area (San Francisco / San Jose area) Working Mode: Hybrid client visits and business travel required Travel: Regular travel to HQ, Taiwan, and other overseas markets Reports To: CEO (transitioning to Head of North American Marketing) Department: Data Center Server Power Supply (5-person team) Salary Payment: Via EOR until US entity is established Interview Process: Round 1 Recruitment Director Round 2 CEO

Qualifications

Valid US work authorization; based in the US Bay Area

5+ years experience in client development, project follow-up, and customer relationship management in the North American market especially Bay Area tech enterprises and data center operators

Background in AIDC (AI Intelligent Computing Center), IDC data center, or power electronics industries

Familiar with technical characteristics, application scenarios, and market competition landscape of AIDC power supply products high-density power supplies, redundant power supplies, UPS, etc.

Well-versed in overseas B2B market operations, bidding and tendering processes, and risk control mechanisms

Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required for cross-functional collaboration with China and Taiwan-based HQ)

Bachelor's degree or above

Willing to travel regularly domestic HQ, Taiwan, and other overseas markets
