We operate a small college-like campus in Fair Oaks that houses many of our students full-time. We are seeking an Overnight Support Instructor who is passionate about neurodiversity, relationship-based work, and holistic therapeutic approaches.

Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (multiple positions open)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and supportive overnight environment
  • Monitor student health, behavior, and safety; respond to emergencies
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living routines
  • Support medication administration and documentation
  • Coach students in independent living skills
  • Document overnight logs, incidents, and progress notes
  • Conduct safety checks and maintain clean residential spaces
  • Communicate updates to staff and collaborate across teams
  • Participate in trainings, meetings, and compliance activities

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities (required)
  • Background in residential services, caregiving, healthcare, or behavioral health (preferred)
  • CNA, MA, LVN, EMT, or similar experience a plus
  • Strong communication, observation, and crisis-response skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism overnight
  • Commitment to person-centered, strengths-based support
  • First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain within two weeks)
