Job description

Overview.  Bonitz of Georgia is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead repair crews, locate and resolve roof leaks, and deliver high-quality service on commercial projects across the Southeast. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing systems inside and out and takes pride in doing the job right.

Bonitz of Georgia is a family-owned commercial construction company with a trusted reputation since 1956, specializing in commercial roofing installation, maintenance, and repairs throughout Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

What You’ll Do

  • Locate roof leaks and perform commercial roof repairs safely and efficiently
  • Conduct on-site roof inspections and surveys to assess conditions and define repair scope
  • Lead and train service crew members, promoting safety and quality workmanship
  • Use manufacturer-approved repair methods across multiple roofing systems
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Operate and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Complete work orders, reports, and required documentation accurately and on time
  • Perform preventative maintenance and other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing service and/or installation
  • Strong working knowledge of roofing systems including:
    • TPO, EPDM, PVC
    • Built-Up Roofing (BUR) & Modified Bitumen
    • Metal, coatings, tile, and shingles
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25+ feet
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Normal vision and hearing
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening & physical examination

Pay & Benefits

  • $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
  • Annual production bonus (performance-based)
  • Per diem for overnight, out-of-town work
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
  • Paid time off — starts accruing immediately
