Qualifications:

  • Friendly and professional customer service skills
  • Effective communication
  • Knowledge of commercial/residential construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials specifications, quality control, and safety
  • Ability to read and understand related construction documents (i.e., blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings, etc.)
  • Must maintain valid Workman's Comp & General Liability insurance on self and crew and fully insured work vehicles
  • Must hold an OSHA 10 card
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a face-paced & evolving environment
  • Applicant MUST have own tools and a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites
