 Compensation & Benefits

  • $18.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience, longevity, and behavior)
  • $3 weekend add-on rate (applies to select shifts)

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Collaborate with coworkers, families, and medical professionals to promote independence

 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
  • A personal vehicle that is well maintained if transporting clients
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check

 

Preferred Experience:

  • One year working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health Care / Personal Care experience is a plus

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • CPR/First Aid - Provided if you are not currently certified
  • Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record if transporting clients
  • DODD Provider Training
  • Proof of personal auto insurance
