You will focus on vegetation maintenance and general labor tasks on already built solar farms, working primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position typically runs from March through December and offers consistent weekly hours in a growing renewable energy sector.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Commitment to safe work practices and participation in daily safety meetings.
Why Work Here?

You join a company active in a booming renewable energy industry that offers consistent 40-hour workweeks and ongoing project opportunities across Virginia. You gain hands-on experience in solar operations and maintenance while developing valuable construction and equipment skills in a high-demand field. Work Environment

This role typically provides 40 hours of work per week, with a normal schedule of four 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday and an additional Friday shift as needed for makeup work or project demands. Work begins at 7:00 a.m. each day and includes three breaks: a morning break, a lunch break, and an afternoon break. You will work primarily outdoors on active solar farm projects, spending most of the day on your feet in hot, cold, or wet conditions and walking across rough terrain.
