  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
  • Working Hours: Standard - Core hours 0900 - 1500

  • Performance-Based Expertise: Proven experience developing Measurable Performance Standards, Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs), and Performance Requirements Summaries (PRS) for PWS development.
  • Analytical & Structural Skills: Strong proficiency in managing complex document hierarchies, multi-level numbering systems (e.g., Work Breakdown Structures), and synthesizing large volumes of technical data.
  • Systems Familiarity: Basic understanding of federal procurement support systems and internal control workflows, such as the Purchase Card Online System (PCOLS).

Desired:

  • Education: Masters Degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) with 3+ years' experience.
  • Clearance Level: Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
  • Certifications: DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) certification in Contracting or Program Management, or equivalent commercial certifications (e.g., NCMA CFCM).
