Registered Nurse (RN) – OVERNIGHT - Part-Time and Full-Time

Liberty House Recovery Center

Liberty House Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time or Full-Time Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will play a critical role in providing quality client care, supporting recovery, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to evaluate clients’ health status

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by providers

Monitor, document, and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in client condition

Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures as needed

Maintain accurate, timely documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems

Follow infection control standards and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan

SUD experience preferred

Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with ICD-10 coding

Strong medication administration skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
