• Conduct weekly evidence-based video therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive care and to address the varying needs of clients.
• Utilize digital tools for symptom assessment, track functional improvement metrics, and adjust treatment plans based on real-time feedback, enhancing client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate progress reviews with clients to evaluate goals, discuss challenges, and reinforce commitment to treatment.
• Participate in regular team consultations to share insights, seek support, and discuss best practices to improve service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise and empathetic approach will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their unique experiences, promote self-awareness, and foster healing.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted license to practice independently in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted, nor should candidates have any disciplinary actions against their license.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic nature, enabling effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
• Proficiency with technology is essential, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling, particularly in a telehealth environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health presentations.
• Prior experience in community health settings, with a focus on integrated care is preferred.

• We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
