Collaborating with an experienced team of mental health professionals, you’ll engage in regular team meetings, supervision, and peer support to enhance your therapeutic skills and continue your professional development.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals and track client progress through structured sessions.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with diverse needs.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality of client information.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development and training sessions to remain current with best practices in mental health.

At Wisdom Within Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, each contending with distinct mental health concerns. Our clientele includes individuals battling anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other complex mental health issues. You will be at the forefront of supporting these clients in their journey toward personal growth and psychological resilience, reinforcing our commitment to mental wellness within the community.

• A valid state license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology!
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused interventions.
• A history of collaboration within a therapeutic team setting to enhance client outcomes.

We offer competitive salary packages ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
