• Provide remote counseling to clients seeking support for a range of emotional and mental health concerns, ensuring a focus on preventative care.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using video conferencing technology, guiding clients to express their feelings and navigating through their thoughts and experiences.
• Conduct thorough assessments by engaging in active conversations, observing client behavior, and, where appropriate, administering standardized tests to identify individual issues.
• Collaborate with clients in setting clear therapeutic goals, crafting actionable plans, and fostering insights that lead to personal growth and effective coping strategies.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to mental health care, emphasizing client strengths and facilitating resilience.

This role primarily involves working with stable, low-acuity clients who proactively seek therapy. Each individual is carefully screened prior to scheduling appointments, ensuring that you will engage with clients who are ready for productive and meaningful therapy sessions. Your expertise will specifically impact those navigating everyday stressors, mild anxiety, and other manageable mental health challenges.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Technological proficiency and competency in using virtual therapy platforms for clinical practice.

While not required, prior experience in telehealth counseling or working with remote client populations will be advantageous. Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and interventions targeting low-acuity cases will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
