This position is remote, providing you the flexibility to determine your own schedule. With a focus on technology-driven therapy, you will conduct sessions through secure video channels, making it easier for clients to access care while maintaining their comfort. Our clinic uses an all-in-one therapy platform that allows seamless interaction with clients through live sessions and messages while minimizing administrative burdens.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing a solution-based approach to enhance clients' mental health.
• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and experiences, helping them to gain insight into their personal relationships and behaviors.
• Serve as a compassionate advocate for clients by assisting them in identifying their therapeutic goals and empowerment strategies.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans informed by clinical expertise and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress while ensuring compliance with state regulations and confidentiality standards.

At Vitality Recovery, you will work primarily with stable adult clients presenting low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client is pre-screened to ensure they align with your specialties, allowing you to focus on providing effective therapy tailored to their needs without the stress of managing severe mental health cases.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental healthcare setting is essential for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition are crucial when working with clients.
• Proficiency in computer software and technology is necessary to effectively utilize our telehealth platform.

Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling is highly valued. Familiarity with solution-focused approaches and an understanding of diverse patient populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on your working hours and case load.
