Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitation is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care and support during the night shift. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a key role in maintaining resident comfort, safety, and dignity. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with nursing staff and the care team to deliver high-quality care overnight.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care as the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility devices
Observe residents closely and report condition changes to nursing staff
Support meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being
Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards
Qualifications
Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
