Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Cura Health is looking for a compassionate and dependable Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position works from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM and plays an important role in providing quality care and support to our residents throughout the night.
As an Overnight CNA, you will work alongside a dedicated team to assist residents with activities of daily living, respond to resident needs, promote comfort and safety, and help ensure a positive living environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about caring for others and treating residents with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal cares and activities of daily living
  • Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide quality resident care
  • Follow facility policies and procedures while promoting resident rights and independence
Requirements
Requirements:
  • Current and active Minnesota CNA certification
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work the overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
