Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking aBiomedical Equipment Technician 3 to support Healthcare Technology Management services atLowell General Hospitallocated inLowell, MA.

The main role/responsibilities of theBiomedical Equipment Technician 3will be to ensure all related biomedical equipment is maintained in a quality and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, strong technical skills and a commitment to deliver excellent repair service in an expedient manner.

What You'll Do
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs on a variety of biomedical equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality and patient safety.

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance testing.

  • Provide timely and efficient service while prioritizing urgent repair needs.

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to understand equipment issues and deliver excellent customer support.

  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare technology management.
