Job description

Overview
Supervise overnight Front Desk to maintain established operational standards and maximize guest service and profit for the hotel. Assist in working with & training new overnight employees. Make sure the overnight is staffed properly at each hotel.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help make find and maintain staffing levels at all properties
  • Train, cross-train, and re-train (when necessary) overnight desk/auditors.
  • Help Motivate and Empower all overnight staff
  • Cover shifts when needed
  • Make schedules for the security team
  • Make any corrections and adjustments that need to be done prior to the desk day
  • Maintain that all files and resets on the systems are updated for the next day's operations-and the dates are changed
  • Make sure audit reports are getting run and distributed to the correct people,
  • Assist Security with any guest issues or disturbances that may arise
  • Ensure all security functions are being done ~~ doors locked, express check outs, hallway checks, noise complaints
  • Any other duties the Front Office Manager or Finance assigns

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • High School education or equivalent experience preferred
  • Hotel Experience/Customer service
  • Supervisor experience preferred
  • Security experience recommended
  • Valid Driver's License required

Compensation Range:
The compensation for this position is $18.00/hour based on qualifications and experience.
