Job description

Overnight Superintendent

We are seeking an Overnight Superintendent to support our fixture installation team for an active Target remodel project in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing overnight field execution, coordinating crews, maintaining project standards, and helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, fixture installation experience, and the ability to keep overnight operations running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise overnight fixture installation activities on site
  • Lead and direct field crews to ensure work is completed safely and according to plan
  • Monitor daily progress and help keep the project on schedule
  • Coordinate with project leadership, store personnel, and team members as needed
  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the install process
  • Support compliance with safety expectations and company procedures
  • Track completion of work and communicate nightly updates to leadership
  • Help maintain organization of materials, tools, and work areas

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fixture installation, retail remodels, resets, or construction supervision preferred
  • Experience leading crews in a superintendent, foreman, team lead, or similar role preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts Sunday through Thursday
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and follow project plans, scope, and direction
  • Comfortable working in an active retail remodel environment
  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities during overnight operations
