Overnight Security Officer – Apartment Community

Schedule: Full -Time | 40 hpw | Friday - Tuesday

Shifts: 6:00PM - 2:00AM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and professional Overnight Security Officer to provide security services at a residential apartment community.

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and property staff during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is observant, proactive, and able to handle situations calmly while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine patrols of the property, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter
  • Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
  • Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and resident concerns
  • Enforce community rules and property policies in a professional manner
  • Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
  • Document all patrols, incidents, and daily activity reports accurately
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, and team members
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred
