Position Summary
The Security Supervisor oversees aircraft security operations performed by HuntleighUSA under airline contract. This role is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with airline security programs, TSA regulations, and contractual standards.
The Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader, ensuring safe, secure, and professional execution of aircraft security services.
Key Responsibilities
Contracted Security Operations
โ€ข Supervise aircraft security services in alignment with airline security programs
โ€ข Ensure all procedures meet contractual and regulatory requirements
โ€ข Act as the primary on-site contact between staff, airline representatives, and airport authorities
โ€ข Maintain service levels in accordance with contract performance standards
Supervision & Leadership
โ€ข Lead, schedule, and supervise aircraft security personnel
โ€ข Conduct shift briefings and compliance checks
โ€ข Provide training, coaching, and performance management

Security & Compliance

Required Qualifications
